Division looks at income distribution around the world in a country-specific way through cast iron serving dishes. Distribution of wealth across a population, when plotted on a graph, is represented by a faceted line known as the Lorenz curve that serves as the formal basis for the dishes. Looking at the most equal society of those reported, Denmark, and the most unequal society, Namibia, the United States falls squarely in the middle.
